In the run-up to a planned new building, HYDRODATA GmbH was commissioned to carry out geotechnical and waste analyses at the site intended for the development of a new consumer market.
The geotechnical field investigations and the related laboratory investigations as well as the preparation of the geotechnical report with geotechnical foundation recommendations were carried out within a very short execution period. The subject of the expert opinion was, among other things, information on the dimensioning of the foundation bodies (individual/strip foundations), on the bending stiffness of the base plate, on bored piles and on the professional execution in order to guarantee the load-bearing capacity and serviceability of the future structure.
In addition, the client was advised during the actual construction phase.
